    Double boot question

    Recently overclocked my 6700k to 4.5Ghz at 1.285v and passed as stable. I noticed if I boot my PC after switching off the PSU or basically cold booting then attempting to turn it on, it will come on for a split second, shut off and then turn on as if nothing happened. Is this something wrong with the overclock or some sort of safety POST for my board? Never seen this before.

    My system:
    CPU: i7-6700K 4.0Ghz -> OC'ed @4.5Ghz 1.285v
    Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H105
    MOBO: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII GENE Bios version 2202
    RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB
    GPU: ROG STRIX 1070-O8G
    PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2
    OS: WIndows 10 Home 1709 16299.192

    Double boot

    Mine does it too; only when BIOS CPU SVID Support is disabled and CPU Core/Cache voltage is set to manual mode. However, BIOS CPU SVID support must be auto/enabled for adaptive/offset mode for CPU Core/Cache Voltage.
