[GL502VSK] Bios Update for Spectre/Meltdown

Hi,

I wanted to know, if there will be a Bios Update for the GL502 to get rid of Spectre/Meltdown.

My Dell and Lenovo Notebooks (even 4 year old ones) got Updates two weeks ago.

Please let me know.

Thank you for your response.

My notebook is not in the list, but the 17" GL502 and GL503-versions with the same hardware are. Since the package is the same for all GL-Notebooks, I let it install the update on my system and now it says I was up to date. But when I check the vulnerability of my system it still says vulnerable to spectre.

the link from Digimutant is for Intel Management Engine security update only and NOT for Sprctre BIOS update.

Waiting is better, because there are apparently problems with the Intel patch.
google search for --- Intel problem in patches for Specter reboot ---
