Mousepad still working when USB mouse is plugged in

Hey guys!
I have just one more short question, Im using a USB mouse and I went into the driver to make sure that my curser doesn't move when I have a USB mouse plugged in, well it works for about 5-10 minutes than stops working and my trackpad starts to be active again,,,, Anyway I could stop this or is this a problem people are having??
