That seems logical... I'll give it a try then.

I OCed the CPU to 4.6 GHZ with XMP profile.

I always disconnect the power cord from the wall socket when I power off the pc. But the next morning when I power on the pc from cold start, I always have a wire problem, when I press the start button, the computer start up (fan, spinning, motherboard light on), then shut off and then start up into bios, and computer works normally with no error of unexpected shut down.

I just want to know is this normal? I have another computer 6700k + ASUS VIII Hero, which doesn’t have this problem.
    How can I fix this?

Thanks very much for your help.
Disable Erp Ready in Bios. That's it.

I get this issue too with XMP enabled , I noticed applying XMP would raise my VCCIO too high @ 1.328 v so if i lower it my double post would stop & as far as i can tell everything apparently looks stable in OS environment, mind you with this platform i wouldn't leave anything on Auto to avoid any annoying issues, personally I lost 2 8700k doing this and a x hero and a kit of DOMINATOR platinums , so I am on my 3rd 8700m 2nd hero and 2nd domintor platinum.
Only changes i made was enabling/disabling XMP
Or trying to run at 3000mhz as opposed to its 3200mhz OC Xmp.
I want to know why with XMP or without XMP i recieve alot of error codes whilst the Qled leds are hanging. For e.g. if anyone can confirm they get this too, cpu led red then dram led hangs too code 32 ...
Back to cpu led then dram again code 32 again then boots up fine.

I wondered whether this is indicating a problem for me or it is not related to my issues because all my components new and old do exact same thing. Same volatges applied like i changed nothing

Do i enable XMP ...? He'll no, till i learn more about this!
