Unhappy Q-Code 3b, PC not booting up anymore. Could use some info or help.

    Hi there Asus community,

I have trouble booting my pc up, can't even get into BIOS.
Last Friday I was doing some regular search ups and reading on my PC, and later on I shut it down. Next morning I couldn't get it running anymore.

The q-codes were all over the place.

My thoughts would be that, or the CPU is dead or the MB is just messed up. I also have no spare MB or CPU to test them out myself sadly..
I can send it for RMA, but I would like to exclude the working parts before sending every bit of the parts around for RMA.

Would appreciate any help or information.

Changed the RAM to a different slot... still the same.
Replaced with my brother's RAM.. 8G 3000mHz... still the same.
Took out the CPU to check for any bent pins... pins are fine.
Cleared CMOS ..no changes. Removed the CMOS battery...no changes.
