Hello together,

i have bought a new Asus Motherboard last year. And i have requested the Cashback with 40€ for my brand new Maximus X Code on 30. Dec 2017.
In the E-Mail that i have become, Asus wrote me, that it could take up to 20 days to get this 40€..



But since that I have received neither a second e-mail nor get back the 40 €.


How can i check the Status for my 40€ Cashback?
The ID i have get in the E-Mail is: 98168

And sorry for my English, i am a German User...
