I have the G751jy SWITCHS TO BATTERY WHEN PLAYING INTENSIVE GAMES problem

So I've tried a new battery, and a new AC jack in, the power brick is delivering the correct amount of power. But still when I game it switches between battery and AC, and sooner or later it turns off, just the same way it would if I hold the power button down for a few seconds. Sometimes I have to wait a good amount of time for it to even recognize the AC again.

Now the problem is getting worse, and I cant even surf or open a new tab on chrome without it switching between battery and AC.

So my next step is to find a way to undervolt my 980m. If thats even possible? Because I cant seem to find a way to go to negative in the MSI afterburner, when I opened it, it was already in the bottom.

Hi dude,

I have a 751JT and also replaced the battery. Actually I changed the battery 2 times, first time it was some exact copy of asus original battery with nearly 0% charged.
I didn't managed to charge the battery.

The second time i got a Chinese non-copy of the battery. By now, the battery is charged at 100%.
I will see after a few days of gaming if it has worked out.

Problem is I think there is also some ****ty nvidia driver issue. I heard there is some extra consumption with the latests garbage/thieves/no making decent driver for linux/ NVIdia Driver.

What is the software you're using?

Please let me know of your situation.
