Hi, I just build new PC with 8700K and Asus Maximus X Hero. I'm using NZXT Kraken X62 AIO cooler. I installed cooler as how they describe on their booklet.

When I boot to windows and open CAM software, I see that CPU temp is 34-40 with idle and 40-70 on load.

When I go to BIOS and check temps, it always saying 11C. Never goes up to 12, never went down to 10. Always shows 11C. http://prntscr.com/ib3u2a

What could be the problem? I updated BIOS, I updated firmwares.

Radiator fans are connected to pump's splitter. Pump's 3 pin connector connected to CPU_FAN header.

Your CPU with a Kraken X62 cannot be below the room temperature in which your computer is located.
Your mentioned temperatures from CAM is within what you would expect with that CPU and AIO cooler.

Yes, but why is that happening? It also stucks at 11C. Never go up or down. BIOS can't able to see what CPU temp is and it is a problem.

I would say the sensors on the motherboard in toast.
If this is a new motherboard, RMA.
Not that you should monitor your CPU temperature anyways (reported by your MB). Always check your cores temps as reported by the CPU.
In my case, the difference between CPU temp. and cores temp. is about 20 deg. Celsius.

Do the following, please:

1) Uninstall CAM.

2) Power down the system.

3) Remove the Kraken USB cable from the board.

4) Remove the CMOS battery, and leave it out for a minute.

5) Replace the battery.

6) Clear CMOS.

7) Power up the system and check the temperature. See if it is still stuck at 11C

It's possible the Kraken/CAM is interfering with the SIO - this will confirm whether it is or not. If that doesn't help, then you can try an RMA.
