I have an Asus Z270-A, using the onboard sound, I usually have the volume at around 50% (which is very loud as it is) - but some times (almost every time recently) when I startup my PC for the day, the windows volume has been reset to 100%... very annoying when I don't realize and sound comes on super loud! :S

Power-Up

Volume is reset to 100% - it also resets my "balance" controls (Under windows sound settings I have the REAR speakers turned up slightly - except when the volume resets to 100%, this ALSO resets them all back to the same level)

I'm having to go into my sound options, and set it back up how I want it on EACH REBOOT!!
