Asus ROG Pelta can carve a niche in a very competitive segment thanks to its powerful drivers, unidirectional microphone and comprehensive control software.

8/10

Asus has really raised itself many notches since I tested that first pair and ROG Pelta is among the best I've tried in the price segment.

Award

ASUS' ROG Pelta headphones stand out for sound quality and comfort of use. The weight of only 320 grams and the fabric lining the earpads make it possible to use them for several hours without overstretching the head. It's hard to find better headphones at this price, since we're talking about the same audio quality as the ROG Delta IIs packed into a cheaper structure and packaging.

Final vote

The ASUS ROG Pelta offers gamers an interesting option in the wireless gaming headset market, delivering a well-balanced mix of comfort, audio quality, and connection versatility at a competitive price.

Vgmag's rating

The ASUS ROG Pelta is a gaming headset that delivers the full audio quality of ASUS ROG at a mid-range price, offering a solid compromise for those who don’t want to spend a fortune but still want to enjoy a truly premium gaming headset — with a capital "G".

90% Excellent

The ASUS ROG Pelta is definitely worth a look for gamers looking for a quality gaming headset at a reasonable price. The combination of a lightweight 309g design that makes it comfortable to wear for long periods, an excellent noise-canceling microphone, and the flexibility of three-mode connectivity offers a great package that will satisfy both gaming enthusiasts and general users.

8.0 We Recommend

The Asus ROG Delta are a well-designed and sound-quality headset that is primarily intended for gaming. Thanks to their low weight, high level of comfort, excellent surround sound and high-quality microphone, they will be appreciated especially by gamers who spend long hours playing multiplayer titles. It is worth paying extra for the more expensive Delta II, especially if you want to use the headset a lot for listening to music or playing with a VR headset.

4.4/5

The ROG PELTA may not be the cheapest model, but it offers features that make it a strong competitor in its class. If you're looking for a wireless headset with high sound quality, long battery life, and versatility, the PELTA is an excellent choice in my opinion.

However, the result is a very good all-round gaming headset with objectively solid mainstream sound, nice simple ergonomics and good workmanship at a very reasonable price. So it has an excellent price/performance ratio among wireless headsets and is one of the best headsets in this price range in general. We definitely recommend it!

4.5 / 5

The ASUS ROG Pelta is a gaming headset aimed at gamers looking for comfort, quality audio, and versatile connectivity without having to spend hundreds of dollars. Despite lacking some of the features offered by the more expensive ROG Delta II, it's a very capable and well-balanced alternative for most gamers.

4/5

For me, the ROG Pelta gaming headset is definitely not a perfect product. However, it represents a well-thought-out compromise between price, performance and practical features. ASUS has clearly tried to bring the essence of the ROG experience into a more affordable package, and they've largely succeeded, especially as long as the buyer understands its limitations and knows what they're getting into.
