ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. and its affiliated companies (“WE” or “ASUS”) are committed to protecting and respecting YOUR privacy. WE conduct OUR business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. The following policy outlines what data WE may collect, how WE use and safeguard the collected data and with whom WE may share it.
Customers who submit data to ASUS (“YOU”) accept this Privacy Policy.
Information That WE Collect and How WE Use It
WE do not generally collect personal information when YOU visit OUR web site unless YOU log on, place an order, request support service or register with US. It is completely optional for YOU to engage in these activities. If YOU elect to engage in these activities, ASUS may ask YOU to provide US with YOUR personal information. For example:
- WE ask YOU for YOUR first and last name, mailing/shipping address (including zip code), e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personally identifiable information.When YOU register a product for support, WE request details about the product YOU bought, e.g. place and date of purchase, model and serial number of the product.
- WE may ask YOU to complete surveys that WE use for OUR customer satisfaction analysis.
- In order to customize OUR support services to YOUR personal needs WE may ask YOU to provide US with information such as languages YOU speak or YOUR proficiency with computer technology. However such information is not compulsory.

- If YOU provide US with a customer satisfaction feedback, such information may be used to improve OUR products and services.

- If YOU enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact YOU regarding the contest or prize awards.
For such purposes portions of YOUR personal information may be transferred to OUR agents and/or contractors acting on OUR behalf and within the scope of the purposes.

We will cease using YOUR information held by US once the data is no longer required for ASUS to carry out the purpose for which the data was intended to be used.
Information That WE Collect and How WE Use It
When YOU submit personal information to ASUS on this site, YOU understand and agree that this information may be transferred between ASUS offices across national or territorial boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which ASUS and its affiliates maintain offices. All transfer, storage and use of YOUR personal information shall be subject to and protected by this privacy policy.

How WE Use Cookies, Web Beacons, Google Analytics, and Social Plugins
OUR web site may use "

The AddThis-Plugin uses “cookies” to help the website analyze in aggregated and anonymous form how users use the site and share it on the Third Party Services. The information generated by the cookie about YOUR use and sharing of the website may be transmitted to and stored by AddThis on servers in the USA. The ‘cookies' created by the AddThis-Plugin may also be used for the purpose of increasing the relevance of advertisements that YOU may see on other websites. Security
