ROG Armor

Evolving from the technical know-how of the TUF Thermal Armor, the ROG Armor is available for the first time on the Maximus VI Formula and yields slightly different qualities suitable for gamers and modders. It is an exclusive ROG technology.

The ROG Armor is a two-part system, with a rear SECC steel backplate that jointly prevents PCB bending and also includes thermal pads behind the VRMs to provide additional cooling.

On top the cover provides an aesthetic bonus, blending in with the CrossChill cooler, drawing attention to the ports and backlit ROG logo, hiding the rear IO connectors and providing modders with an easy base to paint, cover or redesign its styling.
