Hailing from Mexico, Víctor Ocañas was a natural shooter with outstanding agility. Due to his exceptional perception, Víctor was forced into a cartel to partake in dangerous street races for their entertainment. Serendipitously, Víctor was later recruited by Blitz Blues — a mercenary guild under direct control of the Gigacorp ZODIAK, where he started a career with CyberCycle. He took HORSEM4N as his code name, and only he can handle the CyberCycle known as Armagedón. Mastering all sorts of firearms, Víctor can simultaneously wield four guns, each named after the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Conquest, War, Famine, and Death. Víctor is the Reaper on the battlefield; while in private, he is fun, direct and hopelessly romantic.
