The ROG Courser gaming chair levels up ergonomic sitting for marathon play

The ROG Courser gaming chair in a red room with an ROG gaming monitor and desk behind it.

A great battlestation doesn't stop at your gaming monitor and keyboard. It includes whatever you're sitting in for the next six hours of ranked play. We built the ROG Courser around this exact idea: you need a flexible, adaptable gaming chair that allows you to shift and resettle as you play. Every adjustment on the Courser exists so the chair fits how you actually sit while gaming, right down to the smallest detail.

Key points: The ROG Courser is built to adapt to all your body’s movements no matter which positions you adopt throughout the day. This flexible design includes:

  • Recline and armrests: a 20-step recline from 90° to 155° with a tilt lock and Dynamic Synchronized Recline, plus 4D armrests that rotate 360° and adjust for height, width, and depth independently.
  • Lumbar, headrest, and fit: a depth-and-height adjustable lumbar system with a cold-pressed TPU pad, a detachable magnetic headrest, and a recommended user height range of 160–200cm.
  • Build: supports up to 136kg, weighs 30.1kg and includes concealed RGB lighting built into the frame.

Start with recline, since that's the feature you'll feel every time you lean back. The Courser reclines across a full 90° to 155° range, split into 20 distinct sections, giving you a precise setting for everything from sitting bolt upright in a meeting to leaning all the way back between rounds. A tilt lock holds your chosen angle exactly where you left it, while our Dynamic Synchronized Recline system keeps the backrest in constant contact with your spine as you shift, so you stay in place through every degree of the recline.

That same philosophy carries through everywhere your body touches the chair. The Courser's 4D armrests rotate a full 360°, and adjust independently for height, width, and depth, so your elbows land exactly where your desk setup — and your wrists — need them. Underneath your lower back sits an adjustable lumbar support system that slides through both depth and height, capped with a cold-pressed TPU pad shaped to follow your spine's natural curve. Rest assured, it’s porous enough to keep air moving through a long session. Up top, a detachable magnetic headrest snaps on and off in seconds and is built to serve players across the Courser's recommended 160–200cm height range, fitting comfortably whether you're tall or short.

The seat itself is ultrawide and contoured, giving you the room to sit cross-legged, shift sideways, or sprawl out between rounds however feels natural. It's wrapped in a premium PU-Black material built for daily use, and we wove concealed RGB lighting strips right into the frame itself, tucked along the seat rather than bolted on top of it, so the glow reads as an organic part of the Courser's silhouette.

At 700 x 670 x 1400mm, the Courser has the footprint to match its recline range without crowding your desk, and it sits on a metal base rolling on 60mm casters, raised by a Level 4 gas lift that holds its position steadily at any height. The whole chair can handle loads up to 136kg, and at 30.1kg on its own, the Courser feels planted and stable under you at any recline angle.

The ROG Courser is backed by a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day hassle-free return window, giving you time to settle in and confirm it's the right fit for you.

FAQ

What's the Courser's recline range?

It reclines from 90° to 155° across 20 distinct positions, with a tilt lock to hold your chosen angle and a Dynamic Synchronized Recline system that keeps the backrest against your spine as you lean back.

Does the Courser have tilt in addition to recline?

Yes. If you flip a lever on the chair’s lefthand side, the whole seat can tilt backward as well as lock at whichever angle you prefer. This gives you an extra degree of movement beyond what the separate recline feature offers.

Does the Courser have adjustable lumbar support?

Yes. The lumbar system adjusts through both depth and height, with a cold-pressed TPU pad shaped to follow your spine's natural curve and stay breathable during long sessions.

Can the armrests move independently, and in how many directions?

Yes. The Courser's 4D armrests rotate a full 360° and adjust for height, width, and depth, so each armrest can be set separately to match your desk and posture.

What height and weight does the Courser support?

It's built for users between 160–200cm tall and can support up to 136kg.

Does the Courser have RGB lighting?

Yes. Concealed RGB lighting strips run through the frame itself so the glow reads as part of the chair's shape.

What's the warranty and return policy?

The Courser comes with a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day hassle-free return window.
