The ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM is an excellent monitor that combines competitive performance, good resolution and oled technologies in a format perfect for all-around pc gaming. Image quality is very good, coloring is very good, especially post calibration, and performance is very good.

The PG27AQDM is the newest monitor from Asus. It is a monitor that has everything you are looking for. In fact, the image quality is incredible, the response time is very low, and the color definition is great and does not disappoint whether you use it for gaming, watching a movie, or working. The only flaws found are: the HDMI 2.0 ports that go to limit compatibility with the latest generation consoles and the lack of type C video input with power delivery.

ASUS has done it right this time around, literally! The PG27AQDM is a mere 26.5" 2560x1440 OLED monitor with a native refresh rate of 240Hz that comes perilously close to absolute perfection thanks to garish colors and never-before-seen HDR brightness! it's a monitor that really amazed me that manages to combine competitive performance, good resolution, and OLED technology in a perfect format.

If you're looking for the best on the market, don't hesitate and buy now!

It has a great design, a very flexible stand, very good material quality and offers all the connection interfaces you need.

As the smallest OLED monitor we’ve reviewed so far, the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM does well at what’s thrown at it. Unlike other OLED displays, this monitor is a 1440p display adaptable to most desktop setups with its smaller 27-inch footprint.

This display does have the usual protections like pixel cleaning, and I highly recommend keeping that on. Thanks to these features and a large top air vent, the Swift OLED PG27AQDM is able to dissipate heat more efficiently, so it operates at 5% lower average temperatures compared to other 27-inch OLED gaming monitors, yet it also boasts a 17%* increase in brightness compared to the previous generation OLED panel.

Intelligent voltage
optimization

The Swift OLED PG27AQDM uses a smart algorithm coded for the panel to optimize the voltage applied to each individual pixel, based on the monitor’s temperature. This maintains uniformity across the OLED panel and helps to protect it from burn-in.

SCREEN PROTECTION

Users can protect their OLED PG27AQDM by some functions including screen saver, pixel cleaning, screen move, etc.

  • Screen Saver

    This function will automatically dim the screen after a period of inactivity.

  • Pixel Cleaning

    This function recalibrates the screen when the monitor has been active for a period of several hours. The process will take approximately 6 minutes. It will activate automatically upon turning off the monitor.*

  • Screen Move

    This function slightly shifts pixel locations periodically to help prevent burn-in. There are several movement levels to choose from.

  • Adjust Logo Brightness

    This function allows the monitor to automatically detect static logos onscreen and reduce their brightness to correct for potential picture quality issues.
