Compared with other OLED monitors, the colour fringing around text isn't that noticeable. Asus even created an algorithm (Clear Pixel Edge) to tackle this, but perhaps because this issue is minor, this feature also didn't seem to do much. In short, this monitor is fine for office work. In terms of design, the ROG branding is unmistakable, and the monitor isn't shy at advertising that. You can turn off the lighting effects. The build quality is excellent. I also like that it still offers swivel (15 degrees left or right), tilt, and height adjustment despite the curved design. You access the OSD settings via a four-directional button located at the back of the front ROG logo. The interface is informative, and neatly laid out. Like other OLED monitors, it comes with features to prevent or mitigate OLED burn-in.

It’s another solid OLED monitor from Asus really and if you’re after a curved ultrawide 34″ model it’s definitely worth looking at.

The ROG Swift is great in its own right however, and impressed with better full-screen brightness, a 240Hz refresh rate and great HDR performance.
