Q1:  How do I conduct the firmware upgrade on my controller?

A1:  You can download the latest firmware version at https://rog.asus.com/controllers/rog-raikiri-pro-model/helpdesk_bios/ and follow the instruction to upgrade the firmware on your controller.

 

 

Q2: Could I connect my controller to the Xbox console wirelessly?

A2: No, your controller supports only wired USB-C connection on the Xbox console.

 

 

Q3: How can I configure the controller settings on the Xbox console?

A3: You can configure the profile settings using Armoury Crate on a PC. The configured profile settings will be stored in your controller’s onboard memory, allowing you to play on the Xbox console.

 

 

Q4: Does my controller support all the features (such as audio and vibration) whether in wired or wireless connection mode?

A4: Please refer to the table below for the feature support in each connection mode.

Q5: What should I do when my controller isn’t working properly with the ROG Ally?

A5: Some games will default to the ROG Ally’s built-in controller, even if you have another connected. If you encounter this situation, please press the Command Center button on the ROG Ally to call out the tool menu interface and turn off ROG Ally’s controller.

 

 

Q6: What should I do if my controller doesn’t work in Bluetooth connection?

A6:  The driver is required for the controller to use on the PC in Bluetooth connection. Please download and extract the file for driver installation at https://rog.asus.com/controllers/rog-raikiri-pro-model/helpdesk_download/.

 In the meanwhile, please check if you have followed the steps below to perform the pairing process correctly.

a)         Press the Xbox button on your controller to power it on.

b)         Turn on the OLED on your controller, and then go to System > PC > Bluetooth. The indicator LED flashes white slowly.

c)          Press and hold the pairing button for over 3 seconds until the indicator LED flashes rapidly white.

NOTE:  Your controller will automatically pair with the previously paired PC.

d)         Find the Bluetooth icon on the task bar on your PC then click Add a device > ROG RAIKIRI PRO > Finish.

e)         The indicator LED flashes white first, then turns solid white indicating that the controller has been connected to the PC successfully.

 

Q7: What should I do if the OLED display is unstable?

A7: Please check if the firmware version for your controller is v0.03.03 or later. If not, please download the latest firmware version at https://rog.asus.com/controllers/rog-raikiri-pro-model/helpdesk_bios/ and then follow the instruction to upgrade your current controller firmware.
