Clear CMOS does not reset BIOS administrator password.

Due to the hardware design, erasing the CMOS Real Time Clock (RTC) RAM will not reset the BIOS administrator password.

In order to reset BIOS administrator password, BIOS firmware needs to be fully re-flash with WEBGUI by BMC.
