[NUC] The Front Panel Ports on Select NUC 11 and NUC 12 Models Does Not Work

Description

The USB port(s), SD Card and 3.5mm audio jack on the front panel aren't working.

Resolution

The front panel uses a built-in Windows USB driver to work. If the ports aren't working, most likely the cable isn't connected properly.

On the NUC 11 Extreme Kit - NUC11BTM/ NUC 11 Extreme Compute Element - NUC11DBB, there is one cable that must be plugged in for the front panel to work.

On the NUC 12 Extreme Kits - NU12DCM/ NUC 12 Extreme Compute Element - NUC12EDB, there are two cables that must be plugged in for the front panel to work.
