  1. Max boost for AMD Ryzen processors is the maximum frequency achievable by a single core on the processor running a bursty single-threaded workload. Max boost will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to: thermal paste; system cooling; motherboard design and BIOS; the latest AMD chipset driver; and the latest OS updates. Overclocking and/or undervolting AMD processors and memory, including without limitation, altering clock frequencies / multipliers or memory timing / voltage, to operate outside of AMD’s published specifications will void any applicable AMD product warranty, even when enabled via AMD hardware and/or software. This may also void warranties offered by the system manufacturer or retailer. Users assume all risks and liabilities that may arise out of overclocking and/or undervolting AMD processors, including, without limitation, failure of or damage to hardware, reduced system performance and/or data loss, corruption or vulnerability. ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E EXTREME : EXTREMMELY EXTREME ?

All boards in this lineup are also suitable for the most high-end CPUs.

I think, one of the biggest strengths these ASUS boards have to offer is their BIOS.

Looking for a motherboard for Extreme overclocking in liquid nitrogen? or perhaps just a motherboard with all of the latest features, and solid build quality to make futures upgrade easier? Definitely keep this 1 from ASUS ROG in your shortlist if you're out looking to jump to the AM5 platform!

Its extremly powerful!

Animematrix display, brutal power cascade with 110A phases and it won't be such a problem for ryzen 9 7000 series. Lots of PCIe 5.0 slots and great use of the ROG Gen-Z M.2 card for PCIe 5.0. Connectors rotated 90 degrees, power delivery at 60W per front USB, working buttons. Dual BIOS.

I know it's probably already worn out, but the latest ASUS ROG Crosshair X670 Extreme Extreme is really a top-class board, which in the future could only be surpassed by a Glacial variant, if it ever appears, but again it will be this same board only with EK cooling solution.

Simply put, when you see the Crosshair name on an Asus AMD motherboard, you know that this is the best Asus has to offer. So our expectations were high at the start, and we can immediately tell you that Asus managed to justify our expectations.
