[Phone] How to Fix ROG Phone 2 Not Projecting to an External Display Using the TwinView Dock

If your ROG Phone 2 is not projecting to an external display via the TwinView Dock, please follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:

1. Replace the HDMI cable.
2. Try a different external display. Some older displays may not support projection.
3. If you are using a long HDMI cable (over 5 meters), switch to a shorter one (less than 5 meters).
4. If you are using an adapter, such as an HDMI extender (which converts HDMI signal to wireless signal), try connecting directly to the display instead.
5. Check the ports on the dock and phone for any debris and clean them if necessary.
6. Remove and reassemble the phone on the dock to ensure correct assembly.
7. Update your phone's system to the latest version and reconnect it to the dock. The phone will automatically check if the dock's firmware is up to date and update it if necessary.

    ● During the firmware update, avoid disconnecting the USB or removing the phone until the update is complete.

●To update the phone's system: Connect to the internet, go to Settings > System > System update > Check Update.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, please have your dock and phone ready and contact ASUS customer support for technical assistance.
