Q1：What is the GaN tech?

A1：Gallium Nitride is a new type of semi-conductor material that provides incredibly efficient electrical power transfers while generating minimal heat.

Q2：Is the usb-c to usb-c cable included?

A2：Cable is not included.

Q3：What plugs are included?

A3：We provide two SKUs. One is a foldable, U.S.-type plug; the other is a changeable plug for EU and UK sockets.

Q4：Does this work with 240VAC for international travel?

A4：Yes: It is 100 V–240 V.

Q5：How to use ASUS 100W 3-Port GaN Charger?

U.S. plug

1. Unfold the pins of your charger.

2. Connect your device to the charger.

UK/EU plug

1. Attach the EU or UK plug to the charger body.

2. Connect your device to the charger.

Q6：Can I charge three devices at the same time?

A6：Yes, you can charge three devices simultaneously. Please refer to specificaion as below.

Q7：How can I charge my laptop?

A7：Use a USB-C cable supporting 5 amp current and insert it into the USB-C1 port to charge your laptop (@100 watts max.). If you charge other devices at the same time, charge your laptop via the USB-C1 port (@65 watts max.).

Q8：Why does this product stop charging for few seconds when I plug in one more device?

A8：The USB Power Delivery management function will redistribute power when the adapter is connected to or disconnected from a device, which will cause the power supply to pause for a few seconds.

Q9：Why does my amazon fire TV reboot while I was connecting other devices to the adapter ?

A9：When you connect another device to the adapter, the USB PD management function will redistribute power. Amazon Fire TV doesn't have a battery inside the remote so it will reboot when other devices are plugged in to the adapter.

Q10：Does this have any safety features such as surge protection, short-circuit, over-charging or over-current?

A10：Yes, it has over-charging protection, over-temperature protection and short-circuit protection.
