[LCD Monitor] ULMB2 automatically turns off or cannot be activated.

Scenario:

1.When the monitor is set to a "refresh rate" of 500Hz or higher, and ULMB2 is activated in the monitor OSD status while entering the game, ULMB2 automatically turns off, or the ULMB2 function cannot be reactivated during gameplay.
("Refresh rate": ULMB2 can be used normally below 500Hz.)
2. From the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings, under "Global Settings" -> Monitor Technology: ULMB, when trying to enable ULMB2 from the display's Main Menu OSD, it automatically reverts back to the Off state.


Solution:
Recommended procedure:
Step 1. In the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings, under "Global Settings" -> "Restore" settings. Next, disconnect the power cable from the monitor, reconnect the power cable, and power on the monitor.

 

Step 2. In the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings, under "Global Settings" -> Monitor Technology: Set a "fixed refresh" .

Step 3. Change the resolution settings to a "refresh rate" of 500Hz or higher, and ULMB2 can be configured successfully.

Step 4. Launch the gaming software or any related software that supports ULMB.
