[NUC] Ethernet Network Driver for NUC11 Products Can't Be Updated by Driver & Support Assistant

Resolution

If the driver is not properly installing while utilizing the IDSA Tool, it can be installed manually by following the steps below:

Open Device Manager
Right-click Ethernet Controller xxx
Click Uninstall Device
Check the box that says Delete the driver software for this device
Click OK
Restart the NUC
Download the Latest Ethernet (LAN) Network Connection Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows* 11 on the 11th Generation NUC Products
Unzip the LAN ZIP package
Right-click on the file "XXX.inf", then choose Install
Click "Yes", on the pop-up Window
Click Ok on the "The operation completed successfully" window. Note: The "operation completed successfully" window only appears on Windows 10
