The ROG G1000 gaming desktop delivers top-tier performance in an astonishing holographic chassis

A tricked-out desktop PC is one of the best ways to tailor your gaming experience — whether you build your own PC or buy a prebuilt. The sheer number of component combinations, chassis options, and (of course) lighting and animation features come together to create the perfect rig for you and your needs. But in 2026, one PC will stand above them all with a new level of power and personalization: introducing the ROG G1000.

Flagship performance drives incredible high-end gaming

A high-end desktop requires top-tier chips, and the ROG G1000 is built with the best of the best. With up to an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, this machine is ready to handle anything, from the most demanding AAA games to multi-core productivity tasks and everything in between. For graphics, you can equip your G1000 with up to an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT or up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090, giving you immense power. You’ll also get AMD and NVIDIA’s respective software and AI technologies, from AMD’s HYPR-RX and Fluid Motion Frames to NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 and Frame Generation.

All of this is bolstered by a suite of components ready to support these monster chips, from an X870 motherboard with reliable power delivery and a dedicated dTPM module to high-speed DDR5-6000 memory. The G1000 also comes with up to 2TB of storage available out of the box for your burgeoning game library, with a total of four M.2 slots for plenty of room for upgrades. And everything is powered by an ROG 1000W 80 PLUS Gold PSU for stable, efficient power across the board.

A monster chassis that puts cooling first

We packed all these components into an incredible new chassis designed specifically for the G1000. This full-tower case uses tempered glass side and front panels that display your components in all their glory, while still offering plenty of ventilation for supreme cooling. The front panel features a sizeable gap for fresh air to enter, while the GPU and PSU sections are separated from each other so each gets its own supply of fresh air.

The CPU gets similar treatment, but even more specialized: with its ROG AIO liquid cooler, that high-end Ryzen chip gets ultra-efficient heat transfer to a massive 420mm radiator housed in its own chamber. This ROG Thermal Atrium is completely separate from the main chassis, giving the AIO and its three 140mm intake fans unfettered access to fresh air that’s been untainted by heat from other components. This unique configuration keeps the intake air up to 10°C cooler, ensuring you get the absolute best performance from the CPU underneath.

AniMe Holo gives you untold levels of customization

Finally, apart from its showstopping performance, the G1000 was built to be seen. The tempered glass side panels of the chassis are equipped with an all-new feature we call ROG AniMe Holo. This system of full-color holographic projectors allows an entirely new way for gamers to personalize their gaming PC, with custom text, images, or even user-uploaded animations to create a truly one-of-a-kind system.

The side panel features a single 380mm holographic fan with 680 LEDs, while the front panel hosts two 215mm fans with 384 LEDs each, for a total of three different sections, each able to display its own image or animation. When spinning in their sealed housings, the AniMe Holo system operates at an ultra-quiet 20.5 dBA, with each fan able to display up to 16.77 million colors for bright, vivid imagery. You really have to see it to believe it — and once you do, your gaming desktop will never be the same.

The ROG G1000 will be available in early 2026, alongside many of the other new announcements from the ROG Lab at CES. Contact your local ASUS representative for more pricing and availability information in your region.
