Premium watercooling manufacturer, EK, has announced that it is working on a new line of water blocks for recently released Rampage IV Black Edition (X79, LGA 2011) motherboard.

While the Rampage IV Black Edition already has an impressive grey and black heatsink covering the VRMs an extending over the IO area via heatpipe, which adds additional surface area to assist with cooling of the heavily-loaded MOSFETS. However there are still some users that will want to push the ‘Black Edition to its absolute limits, so pairing it up with a water cooling setup is where EK Water Blocks come in.

The EK-FB KIT ASUS R4BE will be a complete water cooling solution for the Rampage IV Black Edition motherboard, and features two separate water blocks that will directly cool the Intel X79 Express chipset PCH, as well as the power regulation (VRM/MOSFETs) area.

According to EK, the new water block will be available in Original and Clean CSQ design that should both fit well with the clean, stylish design of the Black Edition. We’d love to see some pictures of these setups, here at ROG!

EK’s new EK-FB KIT ASUS R4BE will be available for purchase via  EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network in mid December 2013.
