Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

1. General conditions for Participation

   This promotion – SCAR Runner giveaway campaign ("Promotion") is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. ("ASUS").

   1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participating in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
   2. This promotion is open to at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside, only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer and/or Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.
   3. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary.
   4. Six (6) Gleam Entries in total per individual and per email address are permitted.

2. Promotion Details
   1. This Promotion starts on Tuesday, 17th May, 2022 at 13:00 GMT and closes on Thursday, 30th June, 2022 at 15:59 GMT (Promotion Period).
   2. To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the Gleam page https://gleam.io/9xCM9/rog-scar-runner-giveaway-campaign and enter via the entry button within the Promotion period ("Entrants"). There are six (6) ways to enter in total. One individual can use all six (6) ways to enter. Entrants will be asked to provide their name and email address (this data will only be used as a means to contact the entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion). The Entrant should guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Selection of Winners and Prize
   1. There will be fourteen (14) Winners total. The Winner of the Promotion will be randomly selected from all valid entries received for the Promotion. The more entries one has, the more chances for them to be selected.
   2. There will be five (5) Grand Prize Winner total and nine (9) Runner Up Prize Winners total.
   3. Prize Winners will be subsequently informed within four (4) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period ("Drawing Date") by e-mail and announced on the ROG Fan pages on social media. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
   4. Prize Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after ASUS announces the list of Prize Winners. Any failure of a Prize Winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
   5. The Prize will be delivered to your indicated address within three (3) months after the Drawing Date. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
   6. The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) ROG Strix SCAR Special Edition.
      1. The specifications of the ROG Strix SCAR Special Edition will be specified based on availability when the Winner of the Promotion is chosen.
      2. The RRP value of the ROG Strix SCAR Special Edition is $3,500 USD.
   7. The Runner-Up Prize Winners will receive one of the following prizes.
      1. One (1) ROG Strix XG27AQM Monitor + ROG Gladius III Wireless mouse + ROG Scabbard II mouse pad + ROG Fusion II 500 headset.
         1. The RRP value of the ROG Strix XG27AQM Monitor is $700 USD.
         2. The RRP value of ROG Gladius III Wireless is $120 USD.
         3. The RRP value of ROG Scabbard II is $50 USD.
         4. The RRP value of ROG Fusion II 500 is $180 USD.
      2. One (1) ROG SLASH CROSSBODY BAG + ROG SLASH COBRA BUCKLE CAP.
         1. The RRP value of ROG SLASH CROSSBODY BAG is $79 USD.
         2. The RRP value of ROG SLASH COBRA BUCKLE CAP is $49 USD.
      3. One (1) ROG SLASH HIP BAG + ROG SLASH COBRA BUCKLE CAP.
         1. The RRP value of ROG SLASH HIP BAG is $99 USD.
         2. The RRP value of ROG SLASH COBRA BUCKLE CAP is $49 USD.
      4. One (1) ROG SLASH PROTECTIVE LAPTOP BAG + ROG SLASH BUCKET HAT.
         1. The RRP value of ROG SLASH PROTECTIVE LAPTOP BAG is $69 USD.
         2. The RRP value of ROG SLASH BUCKET HAT is $49 USD.
      5. One (1) ROG Phone 5s
         1. The RRP value of ROG Phone 5s is $1,000 USD.
   8. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable.
   9. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Promotion. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.
5. For any reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings about Entrant’s user-generated content or using experience of ASUS products/ services on ASUS or on 3rd party platforms, Entrant should disclose material connections between Entrant and ASUS in such reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in Entrant’s reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings).
6. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to Facebook; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Promotion.
