[Gaming NB/DT] Self-cleaning Cooling System Relative Introduction
▽Anti-Dust Self-Cleaning System
Self-cleaning Cooling System 2.0
Anti-Dust Self-Cleaning System
Anti-Dust Self-Cleaning System not only keeps the heatsinks clean, but also effectively ejects the dust and other particle to prolong the lifespan of the system. Since the fan is never overworked, the noise generated from the fan is reduced.
Models Supported: All Gaming notebook models including ROG and TUF are supported. For more details, please visit ASUS official website.
Feature Description:
1. The principle of centrifugal force acts upon the dust or particles moving in the circular path within the fan, which is effectively pushed away from the axis of the rotation and enters the anti-dust tunnels.
2. Dust and other particles in the fan module are blown along the fan walls, and eventually expelled out of the chassis through the anti-dust tunnels. This prevents buildup on the heatsink fins.
Self-cleaning Cooling System 2.0
Keeping the heatsinks free of debris is critical to maintaining optimal thermal dissipation. Our latest anti-dust measures channel particles away from the heatsink fins and other cooling components to prevent build-up over time. ASUS self-cleaning cooling system helps ensure consistent cooling performance over time. Our upgraded design features shorter anti-dust tunnels that leave more space around the fan, improving airflow by up to 15%. Preventing the buildup of dust on the heatsink fins and other cooling components ensures the long-term stability and reliability of your system.

Feature Description
Inward Flow Self-Cleaing Cooling 2.0 Design
Additional air is channeled through the chassis, helping to accelerate heat dissipation and lower overall system temperatures.
Upgraded Arc Flow Fans Design
Upgraded Arc Flow fans feature 84 blades shaped to increase airflow by up to 13% and reduce noise by up to 3dB below previous gen designs. Laptop fan blades are typically uniform in size and shape, but ours vary in thickness, tapering down as low as 0.1mm at the base and flaring at the ends to draw in more air per rotation. Their anti-resonance design includes custom tips arranged in an aerodynamic wave pattern that guides airflow around the fan and keeps it balanced from blade to blade. Steady airflow reduces turbulence to lower noise and keeps cooling reliable over time.
Bionic Anti-Resonance Design Inspired by Nature
Our new Arc Flow fans were inspired by the most aerodynamic designs found in nature. Each blade is capped with a tip that helps regulate airflow, the same way that a bird’s feathers are tipped to direct air and keep the bird balanced in flight. The blade caps are also positioned in a wave pattern that is inspired by the undulating way that fish swim; the wave pattern better guides the flow of air around the fan and maximizes efficiency. Altogether, this design reduces turbulence and regulates airflow to lower noise and improve long-term reliability.
