[Phone] ASUS Product support list

At ASUS, we are dedicated to providing ongoing support for our products beyond the warranty period, while adhering to local laws and regulations. After the official warranty period has expired, you may still access service and parts for your ASUS devices, depending on the availability of parts and in compliance with legal requirements.

After a product reaches its end-of-support (EOS) period, ASUS will discontinue hardware and software updates. ASUS support may vary by product. Once a product reaches the end-of support, the official ASUS support content for that product will not be further updated by ASUS. The official support includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting articles, user guides, testing tools, videos, drivers, BIOS, and Firmware. The list below contains products that have reached the end-of-support periods. To find your product, begin with the appropriate product category and follow the steps. For information regarding mobile devices, please refer to the designated section at the bottom of this page.
