Q1: Why can’t the Gear Link mobile app detect my Cetra Open Wireless?
A1:
Please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the headphone is connected.
When using a Bluetooth connection: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, then reopen the Gear Link app and search again.
When using the 2.4 GHz Dongle:
iOS devices: Due to system limitations, USB wireless receiver mode is currently not supported.
Android devices: USB wireless receiver mode is not supported in this version. Support will be added in a future update.

We recommend switching the headphone to Bluetooth mode before using the app.

Q2: How can I update the headphone firmware via the Gear Link mobile app?
A2:
Firmware updates are currently available via the PC web version of Gear Link.
Firmware update support on the mobile app will be available in a future release. Stay tuned!

Q3: Can the dongle still be used with a thick phone case?
A3:
Yes. The receiver has been extended and features a built-in support base. It has been tested with most commercially available phone cases and can be securely connected even when using thicker cases.
