Bass boost and compression won't cut it. DTS UltraPCII is more complicated that that.
I removed the Phoebus and will be using my usb DAC as a sound card, until DTS UltraPCII returns. The mind-blowing DTS UltraPCII sound is the only reason I had this Phoebus. Without it, there is no point in using it over my emotiva DAC.
