I seem to have an issue with the Strix Tactic Pro keyboard. I tried updating the firmware but something went wrong and at ~90% the software asked me to restart it and re-plug the keyboard. Well , I did that and since then my Strix Tactic Pro isn't being recognized on any PC I've tried it on. Can't continue the firmware update , can't restore it to default either.

I was wondering if I can do something to solve the issue myself before contacting support for a replacement so any advice is welcome.
