1.If using BT ensure the keyboard is correctly set on the Connection Switch.
2. Remove the Bluetooth device from the iPad
3. Enter Pairing Mode as per manual
4. Reattempt to pair the device.
If you could, yes, but a "fixed" Vcore is still subject to Vdroop, which you want. How much depends on the applied LLC setting. A higher LLC is directly designed to counteract the effects of vdroop.

1. Clear CMOS2. If on BIOS 2202 you should see Intel Baseline Profile under Extreme Tweaker. Enable this and then Save and Exit. Retest stability.
Hi, IMC VDD 1.5v is fine, I'm at set 1.54v for 8600 since launch.
Some guys at HQ are running 1.6v for 9000MT ambient/LN2 no problem. However, as rule of thumb I'd suggest not exceeding 1.55v as most configurations will not need this much voltage out...
