GPU driver updated to the newest version from Nvidia. Tried ASUS tweak2, tweak3, and the newest version of MSI afterburner. None of them can set the GPU fan speed below 30% (1682rpm). My GPU temp is 34degree so I don't want the noise from the GPU fan...
