Hey,
So I'm trying to download some drivers and the latest BIOS for my motherboard here:

Now it's just blank. Nothing is there.

Is this a known issue?

EDIT:
I tried with a VPN from several countries: USA, Germany and Norway and it works.
Asus blocked my country (Argentina).

I have no idea what web browser you use, but yes, I had a few glitches before/since installing Windows 10 version 1803 using Internet Explorer 11 (slow phase out), but works fine for Microsoft Edge.

I mainly use Internet Explorer 11. For Internet Explorer 11 Reset in Tools/internet options/Advance did not fix the problem, but Internet Explorer 11 Restore advance settings in Tools/internet options/Advance fixed it though.

It might be a corrupted web browser/virtual private network error or server error on your end.

EDIT.
Ok, I tried using Cloudfare's DNS servers and now it works without using a VPN.
Was using Google's.
Not sure what happened but that's what fixed it for me.
