I enabled S5 power state and Power on by PCI-E/PCI from BIOS but I can't wake my computer up from powered off state. My mobo is Z170 pro gaming and it has the latest BIOS. I also have the latest network drivers for I219-V ethernet controller. I can wake it from sleep (even when I disable S5 and WoL from BIOS) but I can't wake it from powered off state. Any ideas?
