For a single gpu and single monitor 398.11 is working good, I can't comment on SLI or multi-monitor setup. I'm not having a black screen issue on bootup so I'll let 398.18 alone unless you think it needs tested. 🙂

How is 398.11 working for you ?

318.11 is working fine for me...so, same...if it aint broke, don't hotfix it...will wait for next driver

Heroic Strikes can be played anytime with 3 players, at the weekly reset you can play 3 heroic strikes for a powerful weapon or armor. The Nightfall strike resets every week and gives powerful gear too.

Without doing raids, doing the weekly events is really the only way to level up in Warmind, exotic engrams are few and far between and are the same power level as your current power level so even they don't help level you up.

There is a public event called Escalation Protocol and you'll need at least 7-10 players or even more to complete it, there are 7 levels and each level gets more difficult. We made it to level 6 and every enemy I hit said immune, I found out if your power level is below 350- 355, at level 6-7 your weapons do no damage. I'm up to 358 and haven't made it to level 6 again, it's insane. I'll record it next driver. 😄
