I have tried Silent profile in BIOS, custom values, Fan Xpert and custom curves but fans just keep racing at 3000 RPM and it's very noisy. I was able to use FanXpert to slow down fans before but now it's not working. At least one fan sticks to 3000.



CPU header has Corsair H100i V2 so the fan is not BIOS managed and is running faster.

I'm using Corsair 460x, so 3 front fans and 1 back. I have set top front and back to chassis 1 & 2. The cha 2 is front middle and works fine. Front lower is opt 1 and set to very slow speed and that works good too.

I have reset and flashed BIOS, tried swapping fans to different ports but it stays the same. I can not use an external fan controller so how can I fix this situation?
