should be a quick an easy answer from someone more knowledgeable on the subject. If i use my nvme m2 drive on the PCH slot will my VGA still run x16 ???
i9 9900K, ROG Gene XI, G.Skill 4266 and one big bucket!

graphics card has always its own 16 lanes from cpu, ssd is connected to another lanes from pch

Yes it will, if you install it in either the DIMM.2 modules or pcie card in the X4 slot your video card will run at X8
