On X299 it is common to have memory require manual timing tweaking to get things stable.

My X299 board does not like direct XMP timing either.

Some DDR4 Quad Channal kit may design for Intel or AMD platform. Even the same timing or same speed kit could not be guarantee working with every platform.

after you have activated the XMP Profile got to the DRAM Frequency setting and change it to 3200 MHZ
Your processor dont accept 3466 MHZ on DRAM, it can work, but it is more work on testing as that would be worth it, to get more performance.
You will never feel the real difference between 3200 and 3466 . Hope you have a nice day.

Thanks for the answer . It turns out that it's the processor. I couldn't even imagine it. Then I will configure the memory at a frequency of 3200Mhz. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for your diligent work on moding R6E BIOS and keeping the mods up-to-date!

Looks like mCode 65 that was released a few days ago, but it turned out to be an internal Intel faulty release for intel internal test only so lets not update 2002 with that one.

However, I also saw that that the v6.2.0.1238 of the 64bit Intel RSTe SATA/sSATA AHCI and RAID modules with drivers were released.

did not see if there is a (corresponding) v6.2.0.1238 EFI Intel VROC with VMD modules though...

Any thoughts on updating the BIOS with these?

Intel 02000065 Microcode DATE 2019-09-05 was on BETA stage under testing some feature of SKYLAKE X SKUs Master tistou77.
Windows or other OS loading under CSM module may not working correctly. Due it purpose to test Optance DC persistence SKUs.
