is it possible to use the nvidia card while it is on battery?
it always jumps to the iGP when it is not plugged in.

You'll have to set your GPU and Power settings to max performance while running on the battery.

Keep in mind that it will discharge very fast once you do so.

Example: Browsing Facebook or checking your email will drain the battery down at least 1-3% once you have set everything to max performance.
