Everytime i hit apply it does not change any settings and my CPU just keeps running at 4300MHz
Im on Windows 10 Pro 1903.

Any help would be appreciated.

Setup:
ASUS TUF Mark 1
i9-7900X
ASUS 2080 TI Strix
