a few days ago I bought a Maximus XI Code, a RTX2080ti, for system a Samsung SSD 970 mounted as M2.2 and a i9 9900K.

After the first install of win 10 1903 everything was perfect. In the bios was the RTX listed in the PCIe list.

Today I updated the bios to 1205 and downgraded to Win 10 1809. While the Windows installation, the Nidia driver cold'nt be installed.

I reboot the PC, looked into the bios and the RTX disappears in the PCIe menu. So I switched the RTX to the PCIe 2 port... nothing.

After a next try for installation of Win 10 1809, the RTX appears in Windows, the driver were installed, but in the bios the RTX is still not visible.


Who can explain what's going on? I'm a little bit confused.

P.S. the Intel graphic card was always active.
