GX502 Fn Combination not work and MyAsus app says "Some functions cannot be used"

Every two/three starts of the PC the app Myasus says "Some functions cannot be used, please restart this application or the computer" and the hotkeys Fn+F5/F6/F7/F8 and other stop working. Also the Rog Key doesn't work. The rest of the keyboard works without problem. On the following restart of the PC all works good. I'ts absurd and so annoying.
I've tried many potential solution, uninstall the Myasus app and reinstall it, update the Asus System Control Interface V2 but nothing changed.
I don't know what to do more, please help.

May you check which BIOS you have and are you using My ASUS 2.2.21?
Please PM me your SN as well.
