Hello this is my first post in this forum and I have a problem with those 2 software.

I have a TUF K7 keyboard and it works just fine with the ROG armoury software like controlling/customizing RGB etc. But whenever I use aura creator/armoury crate to create custom rgb profiles my keyboard's some keys acts weird like it types doubles or even triples. It only happens when I use any of the software's (armoury crate/aura creator) rgb mode like rainbow/wave/music sync etc. I would appreciate any help/suggestions for this fix, please and thank you.
