I have ROG STRIX Z490-H GAMING motherboard with Gigabyte Aorus GeForce XTREME GTX 1081 Ti BUT this motherboard does not work when I insert the Graphics card on the first PCI-E ( PCIEX16_1), it won't boot further to Windows 10, I can see the white led which indicate (VGA), but when I insert to the second PCI-E slot PCI-E ( PCIEX16_2) it works, I have updated the Bios to the last version 2103 for this motherboard, but I still have this issue.

Another issue I have with this PCIEX1, I insert a USB 3.1 7 ports controller, this motherboard also does not detect this card, I use this USB 3.1 controller with my previous motherboard of Asus, it works just fine, so many issues with this motherboard. I hope the support team read this BIG issue and provide information on how to fix this issue, as this is not good.
