My previous PC was built from 2014 with also an ASUS ROG motherboard and my headphone was always stay connected when I startup my PC. No issue here.
Now with my brand new PC which has the "ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING WIFI" motherboard and the USB for my SteelSeries Arctis 5 is always disconnected when the PC is turned on. The only solution is to unplug and re-plug it back in every time I use my PC for gaming.
This is ridiculous as I had to crawl to the back of the PC do to so.
I had tried the latest Realtek software, reinstalled SteelSeries GG, installed the "ALC4080/ALC4082 audio FW update tool"
Anybody have an idea if this is an existing issue or having the same problem? Please share a solution if you have one.
Thanks.
