Please check if the deice is in other devices of the device manager nd install Thunderbolt Control Center software to check if thunderbolt is enabled.

Then, please reinstall the drivers from our support site step by step after clean install of Windows 11 to check thunderbolt in the device manager and Thunderbolt Control Center software again.
