Read the whole thread for more information... $50 more then GTX 675M and obliterates anything it touches. You would be a very silly person to get a gaming laptop with anything but this card.

Hopefully ASUS notices and offers the 7970 as an option for the Gx5 series otherwise... uh oh!

Wow, that's a pretty high score for a mobile GPU without it being clocked or something 😮

Asus should make two versions of the G55/G75 one with nVidia and one with AMD so the customer can choose between power and still get the stylish outfit and cooling system! 🙂

too bad i'm not into gaming or i would try to install this card in my g74sx-bbk8 along with my 2960xm.........

Wow @gilbert...did you put in a 2960XM? Fantastic! Now thats an (expensive) upgrade! Whats your WEI processor score? When my warranty is up and SandyBridge prices are down I will probably take the plunge.

Almost almost fostert i have 675$ saved so far im setting 50$ aside every paycheck .im guessing that i would have enough by either december or january , i know is an expencive upgrade but hey i don't spend money in me at all so why not right .
