hello all.
I registered as Yawoor on this forum, but my password contains characters like: %^$@^& etc.
I have confirmed my registration link via mail.
Now im trying to login on this forum as Yawoor, and its unable.
The same is with password reset on this site:
https://vip.asus.com/member/forget_passwd.aspx
- if i try to gain my reset password and i click GO BUTTON there is msg that my account is disabled but i clicked on the link in mail, if i press enter on this site putting code and mail - nothing happens.

I had similar problem on other forum, asked forum admin to reset manually my password and send it to mail or send me any reset link to put in password and it worked to me.
this site https://vip.asus.com/login.aspx doesnt work too with reset password.

So if someone could help me with manually reset password and notify me with mail signed to Yawoor user - ill appreciate this

and sorry for my english if sth isnt ununderstand.

You are not alone with this problem, there have been a few people in the same situation. ADMIN is aware of the problem and they are busy trying to fix the problem.

To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

ok, thx for answer, but there is simple solution 4 that problem: reset manually password from admin site to get rid of this %$#$%#$%$# special signs in user password 🙂

I found out your other account didn't get accepted by the ASUS VIP system so I had to delete it entirely. Then I changed your new account username to your old account one since this one works, so you can use this account here and on VIP instead.

my account have invalid characters in password
